Welcome, I’m Ismaele
Over the past twenty years, I have dedicated myself to the fascinating world of gastronomy and private hospitality services as a private chef.
I was born in Alba, Piedmont, a land rich in exceptional products of all kinds. The history of flavors and aromas from my region ignited my passion for discovering authentic cuisine.
It all began in 1998, in a bustling kitchen in London. Those months of hard work brought great discoveries and inspiration that I still cherish today. After various experiences in restaurants across Italy, I embarked on a journey in ALMA – La scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana di Gualtiero Marchesi.
This journey, filled with dedication and sacrifice, has significantly shaped the chef I am today.
In 2021, after more than 20 years of cooking, I chose to create my own business and finally give voice to my culinary creativity.
Today, I am a private chef and an Italian cooking instructor. I share my knowledge as a teacher at the Chef Academy in Terni and through private cooking classes for various clients.
